RESOLVING COMMON STREAM ISSUES

Troubleshooting if you're having trouble watching your stream.

Please first try refreshing the page. If your countdown seems incorrect, please exit and reenter the stream.

Please make sure you are accessing VEEPS via an optimized platform. You can access Veeps on our native apps for Apple TV, Samsung TV, Fire TV, and Roku as well as our mobile apps for iOS and Android. You can also cast to your Smart TV from our mobile app or from a browser.

If you're not seeing any picture, you may be on an incompatible platform or browser. VEEPS is not optimized for use on Smart TV browsers, gaming device browsers, or via a VPN.

You can test your internet speed at https://fast.com; an internet speed over 8 mpbs will give you the best viewing experience.

If the problem persists and the stream does not begin during the scheduled time, please reach out to our support team via chat or email so that they can address the issue as quickly as possible. Our team is available 10AM - 6PM PT and during all livestreams.
