WHAT IS VEEPS?

VEEPS is a streaming service that offers direct access to live concerts, music, and events from anywhere in the world. Watch performances by award-winning artists and shows at the most iconic venues and landmarks. VEEPS has hosted thousands of live and on-demand events for millions of fans around the world.

You can access VEEPS through our native app available for Apple TV, Samsung TV, Fire TV, and Roku, or through our iOS and Android mobile apps. Or, you can always access VEEPS on the web!

HOW CAN I WATCH VEEPS?

You can access VEEPS on our native apps for Apple TV, Samsung TV, Fire TV, and Roku as well as our mobile apps for iOS and Android. You can also cast to your Smart TV from our mobile device or from a browser.

You can log into your account via a browser here. Shows on Veeps are best viewed on the latest version of Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox.

CAN I WATCH VEEPS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

The beauty of livestreams is they are accessible worldwide. Our streams are available for purchase worldwide. At this time, VEEPS All Access is only available in the United States.

Unfortunately, our livestreams are not currently available for residents of Iran, Cuba, Russia, Taiwan, Singapore or North Korea.

You can manage your timezone in your account's Location settings.

CAN I REWATCH A STREAM?

If a re-watch period is available for an event, you'll access it the same way you would the live show; log in to your account and select the event to view. You can watch an event as many times as you like while it is available on demand. You can also pause, rewind, and fast forward once an event is available on demand.

Rewatch and on demand periods are pre-determined by the artist's team and can be found beneath the artist's description on the left hand side prior to purchase, as well as on your ticket under "My Shows."

CAN MULTIPLE PEOPLE WATCH FROM THE SAME ACCOUNT?

Each livestream ticket or All Access account is intended for use within a single household. If someone is watching from another location, they must purchase their own livestream ticket or All Access subscription.

You can watch on multiple devices within your own household.
