Frequently asked questions regarding orders through VEEPS.

HOW CAN I MANAGE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

You can remove a payment method from your account by navigating to your profile settings. Click on the Payment tab and then click the pencil icon next to "Manage your payment methods" and click Delete for the payment method you would like to remove. You can also access this page here.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept most major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You can also purchase events as in-app purchases through our mobile apps for iOS and Android as well as our Smart TV apps for Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, and Samsung TV.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If purchasing with a foreign credit card, they sometimes can be denied by our payment processor or blocked by your bank. In that event, please use PayPal. Please note that you may incur a foreign transaction fee from your bank. Please contact your bank directly for more details.

To comply with international financial regulations, the price of your ticket may appear as a different amount based on the VAT rate in your country. This amount is included in the cost of your ticket.

VEEPS also supports local payment methods through third-party vendors in South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe.

When using PayPal, our site is not compatible with third party payment methods such as Klarna, iDeal, Uala or Mercado Pago. You will need to purchase directly with PayPal.

WHAT CURRENCY CAN I USE?

You can pay in 135+ currencies.

You can update your profile to reflect your local currency by logging into your Veeps account on a web browser. From here, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, select "Settings > "Location." You will find your currency options at the bottom of this page. You can also access this page here.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE LOCATING MY PURCHASE.

If you have made a purchase and are not able to access your event, there may have been an issue with your transaction.

Please log into your Veeps account and check under “My Shows” to see if your ticket is available. Please also check to see if you have received an order confirmation in your email inbox or spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, your account email address may have a misspelling. Please reach out to support if you need help accessing your account.

If your payment is “pending”, your payment will likely fail and the charge will fall off. Please reach out to support via chat or email with any questions about pending payments and to make sure you are able to access your event.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY POLICY

We take security very seriously as detailed in our Privacy Policy. At no point are we in direct possession or do we store complete customer credit card information on our servers. We also have a privacy program designed to follow all necessary regulatory as well as general best practices around collecting and storing data of ticket buyers.

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.

As noted in our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final once purchased.

Given the live nature shows with Veeps, we are unable to control any on-site delays that may arise, so livestreams may occasionally encounter delays due to on-site issues. Chat moderators will update viewers in this event.
