GIFTING A SUBSCRIPTION OR STREAM

To gift a subscription to VEEPS All Access, you can click here.

On this page, you can select your desired subscription length. Next, you can fill in sender and recipient information and write a message to accompany your gift. You can also schedule delivery of your gift on this page.

To redeem a gift, you can enter your redemption code on this page.

To gift a ticket, you can first proceed with purchasing a livestream ticket. Once you purchase, you will be able to securely transfer tickets to your recipient/s by email. They do not need to already have a VEEPS account in order to claim your gift.

Next, go to “My Shows” to access your purchase. Click on the event you wish to gift, then select "Send as a Gift". Then, fill out your recipient’s information and hit "Send".

You can revoke a gifted ticket only before a gift is claimed. However, once a gift is accepted, it will disappear from your account and you can refer to the purchase in your Orders.

You cannot transfer merchandise items. If you would like to buy merchandise as a gift, you must fill out your recipient's information in the shipping address field.
